Take your home cocktails to the next level with our Bitters Starter Collection, featuring five distinctive flavours designed to add depth, complexity and character to your favourite drinks.

Bitters are the secret ingredient behind countless great cocktails. Just a few dashes can transform a drink, bringing out new aromas, balancing sweetness and acidity, and adding layers of flavour that weren't there before.

What's Inside:

Orange Bitters
A classic for a reason. Our Orange Bitters combine cinchona bark, ginger, cardamom pods and orange peel for bright citrus character with subtle ginger and woody notes. A natural addition to Old Fashioneds, Martinis and countless other classic cocktails.

Lavender Bitters
Floral, aromatic and beautifully balanced. Made with lavender, lemon peel and orris root, these bitters bring a delicate botanical character to cocktails, particularly those featuring gin, vodka or citrus.

Cardamom Bitters
Aromatic and complex, combining subtly smoky black cardamom with the distinctive fragrance of freshly cracked green cardamom. Perfect for adding an intriguing layer of spice and aroma to cocktails — and even culinary creations.

Allspice Bitters
Inspired by the flavours of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves, our Allspice Bitters blend allspice corns, orange peel, dried ginger and cinchona bark. Rich, warming and wonderfully versatile, they're especially at home in whisky, rum and spiced cocktails.

Dark & Stormy Coffee Bitters
Created in collaboration with Ottawa's Happy Goat Coffee Co., these bitters feature Colombian Supremo coffee beans, cacao nibs, black peppercorns, star anise and wild cherry bark. The result is a deep, rich coffee flavour with beautiful hints of cocoa.

Made in Ontario by Top Shelf Distillers.

When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup

Local Delivery is for shipping addresses in Ottawa and area. You can enter the first three characters of your postal code at checkout to determine eligibility.

Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.

Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
