  • 1 oz Top Shelf Gin
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 Dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters
  • 3 oz Brut Sparkling Wine or Champagne
  • Lavender Sprig (Optional Garnish)
  • Lemon Ribbon (Optional Garnish)


  • Lemon Ribbon and/or Lavender Sprig


Add all ingredients (except the sparkling wine) into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with Sparkling Wine and garnish with Lemon Ribbon and/or Lavender Sprig.
