Ingredients:
- 1 oz Top Shelf Gin

½ oz Lemon Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup
- 5 Dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters

3 oz Brut Sparkling Wine or Champagne

Lavender Sprig (Optional Garnish)
- Lemon Ribbon (Optional Garnish)
Garnish:
- Lemon Ribbon and/or Lavender Sprig
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except the sparkling wine) into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with Sparkling Wine and garnish with Lemon Ribbon and/or Lavender Sprig.
