Lemon and peach with tangy vanilla yogurt will have you asking for one more sip, every time you attempt to put this cocktail down. You may not have tried yogurt in a cocktail before, but after this, we promise you it will become standard practice. This is a fun and non pretentious cocktail that is approachable and enjoyable for all. Not too boozy, not too sweet, but definitely deliciously tart and savoury.
- 1.5 oz Top Shelf Vodka
- 1.25 oz Peach Nectar
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Honey Syrup
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Peach Bitters
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Yogurt
- Dehydrated Apricot
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well blended and chilled. Strain into a Coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated apricot.
