Razzle Dazzle
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Top Shelf Gin
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz blue shimmering syrup
- 3-5 dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters
- Soda water
Garnish:
- Lemon wheel
Glassware:
- Collins glass
Directions:
In a shaker tin filled with ice, combine all ingredients (excluding soda) and shake for 15 seconds, pour the contents of the shaker into a collins glass and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon.
Shimmering syrup: mix together 1 tsp of Sapphire Blue Wilton Pearl Dust and 750 ml of simple syrup.
