The robust blueberry flavours of our Blueberry Moonshine mesh seamlessly with the botanicals of our Top Shelf Gin, creating a beautiful blend of fruit and herbs as its base flavour. Then, a touch of mint and the effervescence of the soda water to make this cocktail cool, calm, and under control.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz Reunion Blueberry Moonshine
• 1 oz Top Shelf Gin
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 3 dashes Top Shelf Mint Bitters
• Soda water

GARNISH

• Lime wheel
• Sprig of mint

GLASSWARE

• Collins glass

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
NOTE: Shaking the soda water will kill the carbonation and result in a flat and altogether underwhelming cocktail.
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
