All deliveries require age verification at the door. This means someone of legal drinking age must be able to sign for or receive the package.

If initial delivery cannot be made, we will arrange multiple delivery attempts or alternate options.

Our own team ships all orders from our own warehouses in Perth, ON. We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. There can be delays if items are unexpectedly out of stock or impacted by other shortages. Our team will contact you and work with you to get your order moving.

We ship Canada-wide via couriers and delivery services such as ICS, Canada Post, Trexity, and others. We strive to make the delivery experience simple. Customers outside of major urban areas may expect additional delays. Most orders within Ontario are delivered within 3-4 business days. Most orders within Canada are delivered within 10 business days.
