All of the delicious fruit notes of a great summer harvest with a touch of cinnamon spice to kick things up a notch. Peach cobbler meets raspberry pie in this southern inspired cocktail. Georgia is known for its juicy peaches and its wonderful sunsets. This cocktail embodies those elements and more. 

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz Top Shelf Vodka
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 6 Raspberries
• 2 oz Peach Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 3 Dashes Top Shelf Allspice Bitters

GARNISH

• Grated Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the peach juice. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. In a Collins glass filled with ice, add 2 oz of peach juice. Strain the cocktail from the shaker over the peach juice in the ice filled Collins glass. Let foam settle. Sprinkle cinnamon over the foam.
