Not shying away from its true identity, the flavours and aromas of the whisky pierce through assertively, only to be accentuated with aromas of sweet apple, and flavours of spicy ginger and herbaceous fennel. Who knew that the strong and tough Bounty Hunter could have such a sweet and soft side?
- 1 ½ oz Perth Whisky
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Ginger Syrup
- 4 Dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters
- 4-5 oz County Bounty Apple Lemon & Fennel Soda
Dehydrated Apple Slice
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except the County Bounty soda. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with County Bounty Apple Lemon & Fennel Soda and garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.
