Blueberry Chill
Take a refreshing plunge with this Mojito inspired gin cocktail. Of course, a Mojito is a rum based cocktail, but who's to say gin can’t do what rum can? The floral botanicals of Top Shelf Gin are a great base spirit to play around with fruity flavours. Top Shelf Gin has a hint of citrus grapefruit which is accentuated with the lime and citrus soda of this cocktail. Mint, known for its cool flavour, adds to the refreshing effervescence present in the Blueberry Chill. As the name indicates, a hint of blueberry flavour prances around this citrus cocktail delicately for a subtle and elegant fruit flavour. The blueberry flavour is accentuated with the help of Top Shelf Blueberry Bitters, also lending a slight hint of vanilla and spice.
