Salvatore’s Breakfast

Salvatore’s Breakfast

Have you heard of the breakfast martini? It was a popular cocktail that was invented in 2000 by world renowned bartender Salvatore Calabrese. He decided to make a unique martini using orange marmalade. In honour of his success with the breakfast martini, we’ve created the brunch perfect cocktail using tangy grapefruit as the perfect mixer. Flavours of orange, grapefruit, and lemon with the light kick of Top Shelf’s Gin botanicals make this an easy drinker throughout summer, but even more so during your Sunday brunch.
