• 2 oz Top Shelf Gin
• 1 oz Homemade Grapefruit Syrup
• 4 dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir vigorously for 20 sec. Strain over an ice filled glass. Garnish with a wheel of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh lavender.
• 1 cup freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
• zest from one grapefruit
• 2 table spoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup sugar
Add all ingredients to sauce pan and bring to a boil. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add to an airtight jar and let cool over night.
