Using apple flavours combined with pineapple and a hint of spiced bitters to invoke flavours of late summer transitioning into the fall, this easy to drink recipe will have you wishing summer would never end.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½  oz Reunion Apple Pie Moonshine 
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• ½ oz Grenadine
• 2 Dashes Top Shelf Cardamom Bitters

GARNISH

• Pineapple
• Maraschino Cherry

DIRECTIONS

In an ice filled Collins glass, add the grenadine. Add the remainder of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into the ice filled Collins glass. The grenadine at the bottom should create an ombre effect with the rest of the mixture. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
