INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Top Shelf Gin
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Syrup
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters
- 1 Egg White
GARNISH
- Dehydrated Grapefruit
- Mint (Optional)

DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker without ice, add all ingredients except garnishes. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake with ice for an additional 15 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass. Let the foam settle. Express the oils of a lemon peel over the foam, garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and a sprig of mint (optional).
