INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz Reunion Cherry Moonshine
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Simple Syrup
• ½  oz Whipping Cream (35%)
• Egg White
• Dominion City Orange Cream Soda Water
• 3 Dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters

GARNISH

• Dehydrated Cherries

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except the Orange Cream Soda Water and garnish. Shake vigorously without ice for 2 minutes. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake hard for 30 seconds. Slowly strain into a Collins glass at the same time as slowly pouring the Orange Cream Soda Water until the cocktail shaker is empty. Let the cocktail settle for a minute and slowly add more Orange Cream Soda Water until the foam rises slightly above the rim of the glass. Garnish with dehydrated cherries.
