If there is a product more Canadian than maple syrup, we haven't found it. This cocktail features Reunion Maple Moonshine, proudly made with 100% Ontario Maple syrup. Maple tapping has been a part of Canadian tradition hundreds of years and we are proud to be partnered with local syrup producers, supporting our community. This take on the Old Fashioned cocktail takes your taste buds for a tasty maple ride with the extra horsepower of whisky to really warm you up on those cool spring evenings by the fire pit.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Reunion Maple Moonshine
- 0.75 oz Perth Whisky or Bourbon
- 5 dashes Top Shelf Allspice Bitters
- ½ teaspoon Canadian Maple Syrup
- Lemon Ribbon (Garnish)

Directions:
Add maple Moonshine, whisky, bitters and maple syrup to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express lemon oils over the cocktail and garnish with the lemon zest peel.
