Maple Bacon Sour aka "MC Bones"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tom Green Maple Bacon Moonshine
- 1½ oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. maple syrup
- Egg whites
- Top Shelf Cardamom Bitters
- Ice
Garnish:
- Top Shelf Cardamom Bitters
Glassware:
- Coupe
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds then add ice. Continue shaking for an additional 15 seconds then double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with Top Shelf Skillfully Crushed Cardamom Bitters.
