INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz Reunion Raspberry Moonshine
• 2 oz Black River Pear Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Honey Syrup*
• 3 Drops Top Shelf Allspice Bitters
• 1 Egg White

GARNISH

• Dehydrated Pear

GLASSWARE

• Coupe

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the bitters and the garnish. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Once the foam is settled, top with 3 drops of Allspice Bitters over the foam. Garnish with a dehydrated pear.
