The whisky highball is gaining more popularity every year. The classic and fan favourite being the whisky soda. Here, we take the classic model and spike it up with Sap Sucker’s fantastic maple water flavour with a hint of citrus. The subtle maple flavours compliment Perth Whisky while the fresh citrus aromas bring a splash of refreshment. A slight floral undertone is detectable with the use of Top Shelf’s lavender bitters adding a unique yet very soft floral component.
- 1 ½ oz Perth Whisky
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters
- 5 oz Sap Sucker Lemon
- Dehydrated Lemon
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the Sap Sucker Lemon. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with 5 oz of Sap Sucker Lemon flavoured seltzer. Garnish with dehydrated lemon.
