Harvest Fresh
This modified gimlet recipe is fresh, fresh, FRESH! A blend of delightfully cool flavours work together with Top Shelf Gin to give you an absolutely refreshing crusher of a cocktail. Rosemary syrup is used in lieu of traditional simple syrup, adding a boost of herbaceous flavour and fragrance. Paired with cucumber and lime juice, the Fresh Harvest will transport you to a calm meadow, wind blowing in your hair with a scent of fresh ocean mist after every sip. This cocktail will please gin lovers and so-called gin “haters” alike. As the modifying ingredients mesh politely with Top Shelf Gin, the juniper is slightly subdued making this an approachable cocktail for all who wish to refresh with a top class, easy to make cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Top Shelf Gin
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Rosemary Syrup
- 4 Cucumber Slices
- 2 Dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters
- Stream Sparkling Water
GARNISH
- Dehydrated Lime Wheel
- Rosemary Sprig
GLASSWARE
- Rocks Glass
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except the lavender bitters and Stream Sparkling Water. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into an ice filled Rocks glass and top with Stream Sparkling Water (approx 3 oz). Add 2 dashes of bitters over the cocktail. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
