Created by Top Shelf’s Boot Camp student Alex Duffin, this Strawberry Elderflower Gin was developed through more than a dozen trials to find the perfect balance of fresh strawberry, delicate elderflower, juniper, and botanicals. The result is a strawberry-forward gin with a softer, fruitier profile that lets the vibrant flavours shine without overpowering the palate with juniper.
The inspiration started with fresh, in-season strawberries and a nostalgic connection to elderflower. For Alex, elderflower brings back memories of being a little girl in Scotland, drinking elderflower juice at her great-aunt’s house.

When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup
Local Delivery is for shipping addresses in Ottawa and area. You can enter the first three characters of your postal code at checkout to determine eligibility.
Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.
Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
