Clover Club
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Top Shelf Gin
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• ¾ oz oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 8 raspberries
• 1 egg white
Directions:
Add raspberries & gin to shaker, muddle raspberries. Add remaining ingredients and dry shake & wet shake with cracked ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with raspberries.
