Ginger Blush

With the Ginger Blush cocktail, we focused on the pairing of ginger with raspberries. A touch of Top Shelf Cranberry Bitters adds another subtle layer of red fruit while adding a few more spiced components to the mix. INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Top Shelf Gin
- ¾ oz Raspberry Syrup
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Cranberry Bitters
GARNISH
- Candied Ginger
GLASSWARE
- Rocks Glass
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the ginger beer. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Rocks glass. Top with 2 oz of ginger beer. Garnish with candied ginger. Enjoy!
