With a culinary torch or matches, torch some of the loose thyme sprigs and place under rocks glass. In a mixing glass add all other ingredients (except garnish) and ice. Stir the contents of the mixing glass for 10 seconds. Place a large ice cube inside the smoke filled glass and strain the contents of the mixing glass over the large ice cube. Garnish with thyme and one blueberry.
