G&T Cafe
Gin has almost become synonymous with tonic. Most gin drinkers are, in fact, gin and tonic drinkers. There has been an amazing boom in tonic flavours and styles ever since the cocktail renaissance which had many of us revisiting old and almost forgotten cocktail recipes. The G&T Café cocktail is the collision of two opposing, yet similar worlds. The world of the bartender and the world of the barista. The morning person and the evening person. It may come to a surprise that tonic and coffee actually make for a delicious pairing, of course, even more so when gin is involved.
