Cheer Up
If you’re looking for a flavour packed fruit focussed cocktail to cheer you up, this is the recipe for you! Top Shelf Gin makes the perfect base for this modern take on a Daisy cocktail. Sweet, tart, refreshing, and exceptionally flavourful, this is a gin drink that even so called “gin haters” can appreciate. This is a glass of pure liquid joy. Grenadine seems to have taken the back seat in the last few years, but it's about time it makes a resurgence. Lemon and pomegranate flavours are a perfect pairing alongside Top Shelf’s Cherry Bitters. The lot is balanced with an exceptionally unique flavoured soda provided by County Bounty which features thirst quenching grape with just the right amount of gingery spice. Having a bad day? Pour yourself a Cheer Up and, well… cheer up!
