Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Top Shelf Gin
• ¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino
• ¾ oz Cointreau
• ¾ oz Cuttlefish Ink Solution OR Squid Ink
• ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• Winter Cherry (garnish)

Garnish:

• Winter Cherry

Glassware:

• Coupe

Directions:

In a mixing glass, add all ingredients and ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain contents into a chilled coupe and garnish with a winter cherry.

Cuttlefish Solution: in a glass, mix 1 tsp of cuttlefish ink per 2 cups of water. Stir until the ink is fully dissolved and the colour is consistent. Keep refrigerated until use.
