Sweet Mint Ricky
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Top Shelf Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Mint Bitters
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Fever Tree Soda Water
GARNISH
- Fresh Mint
- Dehydrated Limes

DIRECTIONS
In a Collins glass, add Top Shelf Gin and 6-8 fresh mint leaves. Muddle the mint gently to extract its flavour. Add lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Fill the Collins glass with ice and top with Fever Tree Soda Water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a dehydrated lime wheel.
