While our Rideau represents the quintessential taste of Canada, we have finished this expression with an international influence. The marriage of Spanish Sherry with Canadian whisky permeates every layer, from colour to palate, uniting the richness of both regions into one singular experience.
PX Sherry Cask Finish whisky delivers an intensely rich and layered profile from the first pour. The nose opens with dense aromas of molasses, date syrup, blackberry compote, and fig jam, followed by dark maple sugar, polished oak, and hints of espresso bean. Beneath the sweetness lies a subtle earthy character reminiscent of old leather, pipe tobacco, and roasted walnut.

Oloroso sherry cask finish whisky opens with deep aromas of dried figs, raisins, dark cherry, and warm baking spice. Layers of toffee, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate develop on the palate, balanced by subtle oak and a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of cinnamon, clove, and espresso linger through a long, warming finish with hints of leather and sweet fruitcake.

Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.
Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
