Lemon Honey Whisky Sour
Our bright twist on the classic whisky sour!
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Rideau Whisky• ¾ oz lemon juice• 1 oz honey syrup (honey mixed with warm water) • Egg White• Ice
How to make it:
Add
whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, to a shaker.Dry shake 15 -20 seconds, add ice shake again.Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.Garnish with a lemon twist.
