A bright twist on the classic sour style cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Top Shelf Vodka
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 1 oz honey syrup (honey mixed with warm water)
• Egg White
• Ice

How to make it:

Add vodka, lemon juice, honey syrup, to a shaker.
Dry shake 15 -20 seconds, add ice shake again.
Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
