INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz Lanark Highlands Rideau Whisky
• 1 Brown Sugar Cube
• 4 Dashes Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters
• Fever Tree Soda

Dehydrated Orange Wheel

DIRECTIONS

 In a rocks glass, add a brown sugar cube and douse it with 4 dashes of aromatic bitters. Muddle the sugar and bitters until a paste is formed. Add the whisky and stir to blend all the ingredients. Add Ice and top with 1.5oz of soda water. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
