INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz Lanark Highlands Rideau Whisky
• 1 brown sugar cube
• 4 dashes Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters
• 1.5 oz Fever Tree Soda

GARNISH

• Dehydrated orange wheel

GLASSWARE

• Rocks glass

DIRECTIONS

1. In a rocks glass, add a brown sugar cube and douse it with 4 dashes of Aromatic Bitters.
2. Muddle sugar and bitters until a paste is formed.
3. Add Lanark Highlands Rideau Whisky and stir to blend.
4. Once blended, add ice and top with 1.5 oz of soda water.
5. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
