Featuring our classic whisky, get your BBQ on. The beloved Caesar cocktail is Canada's national cocktail. Typically made with a Vodka base, it's not uncommon to see variations made with gin or even tequila. Top Shelf distillers however, have a new trick up their sleeves. With a base of Whisky this not so common Caesar combo is a new classic.
- 1 ½ oz Perth Whisky
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Steak Drippings (Optional)
- 5 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- Locally Sourced Hot Sauce (To Taste)
- Fresh Horseradish Root
- Garlic Spice Rimmer
- Singers Caesar Mix
- Locally Sourced Jerky
- Lime Wedge
- Slices Of Cooked Steak (Optional)
- Grated Horseradish
Pour some garlic spice rimmer onto a plate. Cut a lime in half and rub the lime flesh on the mason jar’s rim to coat with a bit of juice. Rub the wet rim onto the garlic spice rimmer to coat the rim with spices. Fill the mason jar with ice. Add whisky, lime juice, worcestershire, beef drippings and hot sauce to the iced mason jar. Top with Singers caesar mix , stir and garnish with Jerky, grated horseradish, slices of steak (optional), parsley and lime wedge.
