The Mudslide gets reimagined by using some of Ontario's finest whisky in lieu of vodka. To highlight the caramelised woodsy flavours of the Perth Whisky, caramel sauce is drizzled inside the glass instead of the traditional chocolate sauce. The same creaminess everyone loves remains, but with a little bit more spice!
- 1 ½ oz Reunion Irish Cream Moonshine
- 1 oz Perth Whisky
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Half & Half
- 4 Dashes Top Shelf Chocolate Bitters
- Caramel Sauce (you can make it yourself or purchase some)
- Maraschino Cherry
- Rocks Glass
Drizzle some caramel sauce onto the inside walls of the Rocks glass. Fill the Rocks glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Gently stir to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
