- 1 oz Perth Whisky
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 4 Cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted)
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Cherry Blossom Bitters
- Lime Wedge
- Dehydrated Cherries
In a Collins glass, add lime juice and cherries. Muddle to extract the juices. Fill the Collins glass with ice. Add whiskey and cherry bitters. Top with lemonade. Garnish with dehydrated cherries and fresh lime wedge.
