INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz Perth Whisky
• ¾ oz Lime Juice
• ¾ oz Cucumber Syrup
• 3 Dashes Top Shelf Mint Bitters
• Fever Tree Soda Wate

GARNISH

• Dehydrated Lime Wheel
• Cucumber Spear

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the soda water and garnish. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with Fever Tree Soda Water. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and cucumber spear.
