Reindeer Milk

Whisky, spices, and ice cream? You bet your a*$ we went there! All the adult booziness of whisky combined with the sweet delicious classic flavour of cinnamon and vanilla. Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters bridges the flavours of Perth Canadian Whisky with fresh grated cinnamon; a perfect balance of dark and light, hot and cold. A scoop of ice cream with a creamy caramel drizzle atop this boozy concoction will tickle your inner child back to life.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Perth Whisky
- ½ tsp Grated Cinnamon
- 4 Dashes Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream (Divided)
- 1 oz Creamy Caramel
Blender For Preparation
GARNISH
- Grated Cinnamon
- Piece Of Cinnamon Stick
- Creamy Caramel*
- Mint (Optional)
GLASSWARE
16 oz Mason Jar
DIRECTIONS
Start by drizzling 1 oz of creamy caramel in a mason jar and swirl it around to coat the inside of the jar. In a blender, add the whisky, grated cinnamon, 6 dashes Aromatic Bitters and 1 ½ cups of vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour in a caramel coated mason jar. Top up with 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (½ cup). Sprinkle some grated cinnamon on top. Drizzle homemade creamy caramel over ice cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick and mint sprig (optional). Enjoy with a thick straw.
