Highly limited.

Our distillers painstakingly craft, age and monitor barrels of our flagship Rideau Whisky. It's a labour of love as we embed ourselves in every step of the process. We earmark barrels of Rideau Whisky that we feel tell the story of our bourbon-style for an extra 1-2 years ageing in barrel. We handpick a limited number of these barrels for single-cask releases at cask strength.

Our Whisky

After a century-long whisky drought in Perth, we started making whisky in 2016.

Over the years, we’ve put our stamp on contemporary Canadian whisky with innovative small-batch whisky releases. This is what we’re all about: a blend of the traditional with something entirely new. Our award-winning whisky speaks for itself.

When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup

Local Delivery is for shipping addresses in Ottawa and area. You can enter the first three characters of your postal code at checkout to determine eligibility.

Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.

Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
