A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in the inception of our Ontario  Moonshine program!  

Over the past few months, participants have received unique and exclusive moonshine flavours directly to their homes. Plus, they are helping to fund our upcoming Ontario Moonshine Festival in August. These experimental, bold flavours were crafted with the adventurous spirit of the festival in mind. We're grateful for your support and enthusiasm!

After years of perfecting this new style of making delicious 'shine, we continue to pay homage to the Ontario Moonshine Movement and bring innovation to our recipes and techniques. Here's a peak at our last year of Ontario Moonshine Collection flavours:

Our very first release was our Lime Rhubarb Moonshine. This specialty small-batch 'shine is the ideal complement to fall, featuring bold, tart rhubarb and a hint of lime. The concept arose from a desire to capture the essence of a whisky sour using Pressed Rhubarb juice from Terra Beta Farms in Nova Scotia.

December '23's release was Cranberry Spice. Each bottle delivers the festive punch of cranberry with an added spicy kick. The perfect beverage to elevate your holiday table, pairing wonderfully with roasted turkey and bringing a touch of Moonshine magic to your celebrations.

March '24, we unveiled Lanark Lemon Sweet Tea. This release pays a sweet tribute to our friends in the south, arriving just in time for enjoying a refreshing glass on the porch after a warm spring day.

Each bottle celebrates the distinct seasons and their unique flavours. These bottles hold more than just new flavours! They embody our progress and the promise of what lies ahead.

Following a triumphant initial run of the program, we're thrilled to announce that we're gearing up for another round!
