Sweet Cherry Pie
Juicy, fruity, fresh with a hint of spice. If you're a fan of a well seasoned pie then this cocktail is for you! Ontario cherries blend with a touch of orange and lemon flavour to make all those fruity flavours pop. Cinnamon syrup brings that home baked nostalgia to the pallet and the velvety foam adds to the drinking experience. A few dashes of cranberry bitters add a little extra spice to the nose and an extra hint of red fruit. Put the forks away, we're drinking this pie tonight!
- 1½ oz Reunion Cherry Moonshine
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Cranberry Bitters
- Dehydrated Orange Slice
- Rocks Glass
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except the garnish and the bitters. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into an ice filled Rocks glass. Let the foam settle. Top with 3 dashes of bitters over the foam. Garnish with a piece of dehydrated orange.
