Radiant Raspberry Rose

The sweetness from the vanilla yogurt, the tartness from our Top Shelf Raspberry Moonshine, the acidity from the lemon juice, and the floral undertones of the rose bitters… this charming, velvety cocktail has it all. A dessert in itself, c'est le cocktail "parfait" to accompany an elegant evening of dining and fun.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Reunion Raspberry Moonshine
  • 4 dashes Top Shelf Rose Bitters
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 2 heaping tsp vanilla yoghurt
  • ¾ oz honey syrup

GARNISH

  • Rose petals

GLASSWARE

  • Coupe glass

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a coupe. (To double strain is to strain with both a hawthorne and fine mesh strainer simultaneously.)
  4. Garnish with rose petals over one side of the drink.
