Mango Tango
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Top Shelf Vodka
- 6 Dashes Sweet Reaper Bitters
- 2 oz Mango Nectar
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- Bell Pepper (Orange, red or yellow)
- 3 Large Basil Leaves

Directions
Take your bell pepper and cut it into ¼ in strips, width wise, creating pepper rings. Add 2 pepper rings to a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, bitters, mango nectar, lemon juice and 2 basil leaves to the cocktail shaker. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
