Hibiscus Hound
What's better than a cool, refreshing cocktail on a summer day? The Hibiscus Hound features our Top Shelf Vodka and County Bounty Rose-Hibiscus Soda. Complimented with some grapefruit juice and sweetness from a honey syrup, this cocktail is a real thirst quencher.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Top Shelf Vodka
- 1½ oz Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz Honey Syrup
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Cherry Blossom Bitters
- County Bounty Rose-Hibiscus Soda
GARNISH
Dehydrated Grapefruit
GLASSWARE
Collins Glass
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the County Bounty Rose-Hibiscus Soda and the garnish. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with County Bounty Rose-Hibiscus Soda. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit.
