Top Shelf Soju Guide
Below are some recipes to broaden your experience of our Soju and the possibiltles of cocktails to create!
In a mixing glass, add all ingredients. Fill the mixing glass ⅔ full of ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a peeled lycée (canned works fine).
INGREDIENTS2.5 oz Top Shelf Soju
1 oz Yuzu Juice
2 Dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters
Splash of Simple Syrup
Roasted Coconut Juice
GARNISHOptional Citrus Wheels: Lemon, Lime, Yuzu
In a Collins glass filled with ice, add the Soju, orange bitters, simple syrup and yuzu juice. Gently stir to combine. Top with coconut juice. Garnish with citrus wheel.
2oz Korean Yogurt* (or Kefir or Lassi would work)
0.5 oz Black River Grapefruit Juice
GARNISHStrawberry Pocky Stick
Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Rocks Glass. Garnish with a Strawberry Pocky stick.
