The Banana Stand

Bold, traditional flavours like pineapple, banana, and lime are mellowed by the sweet nuttiness of our Top Shelf Peanut Butter Chocolate Liquor. Grab a beach towel, some sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed sun hat. You don't need a plane ticket to kick back and relax with this refreshing cocktail.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Peanut Butter Chocolate Liquor
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 10 ice cubes (for blending)

GARNISH

  • Piece of pineapple

GLASSWARE

  • Collins glass

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients except the chocolate syrup and garnish to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup to the bottom of the Collins glass.
  4. Flip glass and twist to let the chocolate syrup coat the sides of the glass.
  5. Pour in blended cocktail.
  6. Garnish with piece of pineapple.
  7. Serve with a wide straw.
