The Banana Stand

Bold, traditional flavours like pineapple, banana, and lime are mellowed by the sweet nuttiness of our Top Shelf Peanut Butter Chocolate Liquor. Grab a beach towel, some sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed sun hat. You don't need a plane ticket to kick back and relax with this refreshing cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Peanut Butter Chocolate Liquor
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 whole frozen banana
- Chocolate syrup
- 10 ice cubes (for blending)
GARNISH
- Piece of pineapple
GLASSWARE
- Collins glass
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate syrup and garnish to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup to the bottom of the Collins glass.
- Flip glass and twist to let the chocolate syrup coat the sides of the glass.
- Pour in blended cocktail.
- Garnish with piece of pineapple.
- Serve with a wide straw.
