Rise & 'shine

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Tom Green Maple Bacon Moonshine
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Half & Half Cream
  • Frozen Coffee Ice Cube
  • Eggo Mini Waffle (Garnish)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar (Garnish)
  • Bacon Slice (Garnish)

Garnish:

  • Mini Eggo Waffle
  • Candied Bacon

Glassware:

  • Rocks Glass

Directions:

Frozen Coffee Ice Cube - Freeze black coffee overnight in either a king cube mold or ice cube tray.

Garnish - Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat bacon in sugar and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven and let cool. Toast mini Eggo waffles and put aside.

Cocktail - In a rocks glass, add Tom Green Maple Bacon Moonshine, Kahlua and Half & Half Cream. Stir gently. Add coffee king cube or regular coffee ice cubes to rocks glass. Cut small incision into bacon and mini waffle to add to rim of glass as garnish.
