Frozen Coffee Ice Cube - Freeze black coffee overnight in either a king cube mold or ice cube tray.

Garnish - Preheat oven to 400° F. Coat bacon in sugar and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven and let cool. Toast mini Eggo waffles and put aside.

Cocktail - In a rocks glass, add Reunion Maple Moonshine, Kahlua and Half & Half Cream. Stir gently. Add coffee king cube or regular coffee ice cubes to rocks glass. Cut small incision into bacon and mini waffle to add to rim of glass as garnish.
