Using the bottom of a cocktail shaker, coarsely crush Oreos. In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream and Top Shelf Mint Liqueur and blend with immersion blender until smooth.
Fold in two thirds of crushed Oreos to shaker and pour contents of shaker into mason jar. Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and remaining crushed Oreos.
