Peaches 'N Dreams
Peach cobbler is an excellent dessert any time of year. The flavours of peach with a little spice really brings back childhood memories of eating pie… or is it cake... with the whole family after a special day together. Of course, peaches and cream are also an inspiration for this cocktail. We’ve decided to combine the best of two worlds. When peach cobbler, and peaches and cream collide, a cocktail is born! Our Gingerbread Moonshine brings a very unique spiced flavour to the table, pairing perfectly with the flavours of peach, graham and dairy. This is a very unique cocktail and we are happy to share it with you, as we would a pie, if we had one to share.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Reunion Gingerbread Moonshine
- 1 oz Peach Nectar
- 2 oz Milk
- 2 Dashes Peach Bitters
GARNISH
- Graham Crumble
- Brown Sugar
- Peach Bitters
GLASSWARE
Coupe Glass
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix/crush the brown sugar with the graham crumble with a muddler. Rub some peach nectar on a section of the outside wall of your Coupe glass. Dip the wet portion of the glass into the sugar and graham mixture to coat the glass, creating a thick graham crust. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except the ganishes. Shake vigorously for 14 seconds and double strain into your graham crusted Coupe glass. Add 3 drops of peach bitters in different areas over the cocktail .
