Ingredients:

• 1 oz Reunion 100 Proof Moonshine
• 1 ½ oz Orange Juice
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Red Wine (Float, Preferably Malbec)
• Orange Wheel

Garnish:

• Orange Wheel
• Red Wine Float

Glassware:

• Double Rocks Glass

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (excluding the red wine) and ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain contents of the shaker over ice into the double rocks glass. Slowly pour the red wine off the back of a bar spoon to “float” the red wine on top of the beverage. Garnish with an orange wheel.
