• 2 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz fresh squeezed lime
• ¾ oz Marie Brizard Grapefruit syrup
• ¾ oz cinnamon, chili & jalapeño syrup
• 3 dashes Top Shelf Grapefruit Bitters
• top with grapefruit soda
Shake ingredients (minus the soda) with ice and strain into highball glass over cracked ice. Top with grapefruit soda, grapefruit slice & mint sprig.
• 2 cinnamon sticks, cracked
• half of a small jalapeño
• 1 tbsp chili flakes
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
Heat all ingredients in saucepan on low simmer for 15 mins & strain.
