Crab Apple
Crab apples were very common growing up in Ontario. You could find them squashed by cars on the side of the street, on the ground in your neighbor's yard, and occasionally kids would throw them at each other. It was all in good fun. Sometimes, we would even eat them instead of playing with them! Sweet, sour and tart, that's what crab apples are all about.
