Crab Apple

Crab Apple

Crab apples were very common growing up in Ontario. You could find them squashed by cars on the side of the street, on the ground in your neighbor's yard, and occasionally kids would throw them at each other. It was all in good fun. Sometimes, we would even eat them instead of playing with them! Sweet, sour and tart, that's what the Crab Apple is all about.

Lemon Twist

GLASSWARE

Rocks Glass

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Rocks glass. Express the oils of a lemon peel over the cocktail and garnish with a lemon twist.
